My UI/UX strategy focused on "Cognitive Ease"—using a clean, calming aesthetic and a hyper-clear information hierarchy. By highlighting "Direct Billing to ICBC" as a primary value proposition, we addressed the user’s biggest pain point (financial stress) immediately upon landing. A professional, accessible "Digital Front Door" that positions KCRS as the go-to recovery partner in Kamloops. The site effectively converts visitors by removing the "fear of the unknown" regarding insurance paperwork, allowing patients to focus entirely on their healing journey.
