In the wellness industry, the "vibe" is the product. My UI/UX strategy focused on "Sensory Design"—using a muted, earthy colour palette, high-quality imagery of the healing space, and fluid transitions. I prioritized a "low-friction" booking path, ensuring that a stressed user can find a service and book an appointment in under three clicks. A serene, professional digital presence that has transformed Elemental - Healing and Massage's online identity. The site successfully bridges the gap between clinical expertise and luxury relaxation, resulting in higher booking rates and a significant reduction in administrative "back-and-forth" through clear, automated information flow.
